Simulator Solutions was founded by two long-time simulator builders who set out to solve the interfacing problems they kept running into themselves.
Rodney Redwin — Founder & Director
Rodney brings over 20 years of experience spanning the IT and simulation sectors. His background as a flying instructor, combined with IT expertise, naturally positioned him for the simulation industry. He began as a flying instructor and charter pilot before moving into IT, working as a business analyst, project manager, and disaster-recovery / business-continuity manager for various organisations. Rodney holds a Master of Business and a Bachelor of Aviation.
John Golin — Founder & Director
With over 20 years in IT, John understands how technology effectively supports business operations. He discovered a coding aptitude during his university studies and merged it with an interest in aeronautics through personal simulator projects. His career progressed from projectionist at Hoyts in Adelaide to area manager, then to Sydney for IT roles supporting cinema complexes, and on into senior IT operational management. John holds a Bachelor of Science and ITIL certification.
